Quel vin blanc pour accompagner des fruits de mer? Blanc sec, mais après, ça dépend des fruits de mer.
Par exemple, sur les huîtres, le must (à mon humble avis) reste le pouilly fumé.
Sur des crustacés cuits genre homard ou plus simplement crabe, un bon bourgogne blanc genre puligny est superbe.
Si tu veux du très sec, il y a le sancerre, plus facile (mais manquant un peu de raffinement), le muscadet. Par exemple, muscadet pour des moules, ça passe toujours bien.
Sur un assortiment, j'aime bien l'entre-deux-mers.
Et sur une choucroute de la mer, riesling.
Et après, bien sûr, il y a le plaisir de faire des expériences...
Crus; un (bon) Muscadet; ou alors un Riesling; ou un Entre deux Mers
Cuits (St Jacques) in bourgone blanc; Puligny, par exemple. Un Chablis marche aussi quoique différend
